Automated Foreclosure Finder

I thought that the AFF system is supposed to be updated daily. However, I get records that indicate that the Craigslist post has expired! Why are these properties showing up on the AFF if they are expired on Craigs List?

I also called on a property from the report I got on preforeclosures/forclosures from AFF and found out that the property is not a pre-foreclosure or a forclosure. The property has a paid up mortgage free and clear!

Does anyone know if we are restricted to how many free websites we are allowed to use? And, just how much modifications are we allowed to do with the free website. And, are we allowed to use the free website information on another site we have outside of Dean's still promoting our real estate investment business?

Can anyone tell me if the free website is REALLY free? Are there any hidden costs such as fee for hosting, etc. I'm trying to find out exactly what using the "free" website is really going to cost me any money because I really don't have any! LOL

Hi guys!! I have a hurdle to throw myself over and thought maybe someone had some good advice. I just started the AFF system this morning, I ran off about 100 flyers to stop foreclosures and im not sure where to put them!! Has anyone had a really good response and where did you place the foreclosure flyers? Thanks, sondra.

This is probably going to sound juvenile, but i really am intimidated. I set up the AFF program (super excited!!) but it occurred to me that i don't know what to do if someone calls my cell phone or what to say. When the seller leaves a message on the pre-recorded message, what do i do? I have re-read the millionaire book and the Aff start up but i still don't understand what to do when i get a lead. i hope someone can help. I KNOW I'm on the way to changing my life!!! What is included in a Wholesalers Contract? When do you present it to the investor? Once I have found the property and investor is ready to buy, do I hand it over to a Realtor? If not, what do I do after this?

Here is what I received back from an interested party on my AFF System. The survey to be filled out must not have been because I didn't receive any feedback on it. This is my first interested candidate. I will try to get the "pertinent" survey answers from this interested party but I'm wondering how I should approach a sale on this one.

I have been useing the Automated foreclosure finder with no success.
I have had about a dozen calls, but they all listen about 10 seconds and hang up.
I am useing the provided message for people to listen to.
Any advise on a new message?
Is anybody else useing this with success?

I am relatively new to real estate, so please excuse me if this seems like an obvious question. How do I go about finding foreclosures using dean's foreclosure list? And once I find the foreclosures, what are some techniques I could use to establish a relationship b/w the realtor or lenders?
