Automated Foreclosure Finder

The Automated Foreclosure Finder has been MIA for 2 months since I brought it to customer service attention at the first of the year. The Probate Finder website has lost it's template for a similar amount of time. It's embarassing to hand out business cards with dead links on them. When I speak with customer service, all I get is "They are working on it." Dean has set the bar pretty high for customer service from other posts I read, but he isn't hitting the bar on this one. Unacceptable in my opinion.

Our world has become so online-oriented, we’re doing a great many things online that we used to do on paper or other media. Real estate investors are no exception. They are doing a tremendous amount of research online. There are a number of very popular and large real estate listing display sites, with Trulia.com, Zillow.com and Realtor.com as examples. They are national in marketing, and they advertise that they have real estate listings for sale in thousands of markets around the country.

This may sound elementary but it proves to me that my brain is starting to "Think a Little Differently," because other than buying my first home over 10 years ago, I have no real estate experience. Here's my thought. Could it be a profitable idea to place your bandit signs that have info about foreclosures in neighborhoods that you find foreclosures in on the AFF. This may already be printed elsewhere and may even be in Dean's books but I have yet to come across it. It would be more of a plan of action than just placing them at random locations.

Is there anyone in the Virginia BBeach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, or Chesapeake,Virginia area that wants to partner upand make some money please let me know. I will be here for at least 2 months or so.

Newbie here, just wanted to know if the Coa phone system that Dean mentions in his Profit from RealEstate book work? How effective was/is it? I remember reading that it wasn't for someone? Is there another phone service someone likes better? Low cost please! Trying to get this up and running! Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have been using proptrend for a few months now. Learnig the in's and out's of it. I have a HUGE problem with it in Washinton county, OH. On every search I do in that area, proptrend finds the property however, when I click on "Property Details" it will pull up a PDF, with all the Info left out of it.

How can this be corrected? I live close the area and expanding out, thats how I found the issue. It's harder to do when there is no info. Thank you for your time and hopefully a fixed solution in a timely manner.

Has anybody been to one of Deans Insiders Edge Seminars going around the country. If so did you buy any prodcuts and how are they working?

I ordered Deans book two days ago. I haven't received it yet. However, I'm up to chapter 8 of the audio version and I've already signed up for Dean's Real Estate Success Academy. PLEASE, somebody tell me that I'm not crazy! haha! I have built my website with the AFF tools, but I don't know what to record on the 800#....Any suggestions? My appt with my coach isn't until Monday.

Is anyone having trouble with PropTrend today? 5-13-2010 As I was in the middle of using it, everything went blank and it asked me for my User ID. I've never had to log into my software and I wanted to see if anyone else has the same issue.
