Because I'm new to the market, there are things I don't know. However, I had a client who asked me this:
---I can buy up to $1B in tape as long as the price point is right (25-30+3)...if you don't have tape in that volume, I'm looking for CA, NY tape under 50...also, need $50MM multi-family commercial in CA
