How to find foreclosures?

Hi,
I just got Deans book today and I am on here for the very first time and want to find a pre-forclosure or forclosure. Where do I find Deans forclosure list? I might add that I am not good with searching websites like this either.

Thx Lilie for providing that link. I bought BARM almost 6 months ago and just recently started reading it. I'm an student and always heard that Real Estate was the way to go as far as making some good income. Once I found this website in the book, I was hooked. There's an abundance of useful info here, I 10 year old could make a Real Estate deal come true.

We just finished day II of our first 3 day seminar. One thing is obviously clear, they have a great software package. Does anyone know where I can acquire the PRO STREAM software without going to another class? Its my belief that my missing link is indeed this software.

how do you find out how much rent to charge.

seeing success in you REI endeavor. In reference to you ??? re: finding foreclosures, the most effective for me is agents/brokers. I use agents familiar with the different areas around Bham, AL. Once they know you are serious they will flood you with REO links...cause they get half the commish from the bank. Remember, you dont have to be experienced to be taken seriously, but you do have to spend the time learning the basics and the lingo. Work on your power team, your buyers list and keep talking to agents until you find one that fits your needs. They are worth it. Best of luck Sheldon, and keep us informed.

How would I locate pre forclosures. Is there a web site that lists when a home ownere is past due on their mortgage? I would like to contact homeowners that are just a few months behind on their mortgage payments.
