Expired Craigslist Posts Addresses on AFF

I thought that the AFF system is supposed to be updated daily. However, I get records that indicate that the Craigslist post has expired! Why are these properties showing up on the AFF if they are expired on Craigs List?

I also called on a property from the report I got on preforeclosures/forclosures from AFF and found out that the property is not a pre-foreclosure or a forclosure. The property has a paid up mortgage free and clear!

I am beginning to doubt the worthiness of the AFF system and if it is worth the money that I paid for it. Can anyone tell me what's going on with the AFF?
