It has taken a year to do this deal. He's going insane.

My bird dog in Tulare California is one excited dude. He found a boarded up junker house a year ago. We tried to get the owners to sell but they wudnt return our calls and we eventually gave up on the deal.
Then after I spent 4 months in the islands I get back and start running ads on Craigs list. Wudnt u know it, they call and say they want to sell. We agreed to buy it for $22,500 and sold it a few days later for $38,000

Hi Everyone,
My name is Shane and I have been lurking here for a little over a month now and this will be my first post. I first purchased "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" about 2 months ago and since then have read it about three times, taking notes the last time. That book, along with the encouragement from Dean on the Weekly Wisdoms as well as that given and received in the forums has really motivated me to move forward with my goals. I received "Your Town..." last week and have just started chapter 14.

My first short sale - Slow Realtor

Back about 5 months ago I found a house listed by a realtor in one of the subdivisions that I am constantly farming. It’s a home that the owners are still living in, that’s why I didn’t see it coming. I called the realtor that had the house listed and I waited and waited and she never called me back. So I called again and left her and her office the message that I was interested in knowing more about this particular house. She called me back after about a week later and told me that she didn’t really want to show me the house because in her estimation is not worth buying because it was a big mess. I told her that those were the type of houses that I was looking for. She reluctantly agreed to show me the house a few days later.

Stacy's Journey in REI

Hello,

My name is Stacy and I bought the Dean Graziosi books 4 years ago. I bought them in audio format as well because I am a mom to 4, and My children are currently 5,9,12 and 19. My husband is employed for chemical Industry and makes a decent salary, but working for the man is a viscous cycle that can just leave you in debt. I decided to give REI a break and pursue Cosmetology school which I am currently enrolled in my graduation date is this December. I have really missed reading and learning the Real Estate World so here I'm back to my 1st love REI.......

My plan is to follow Dean's List.....Making Money Fast in as little as 30 days...

So today I will call title companies in my area and ask if assigning properties have been done or if they have done they before.

Another deal in the works!!

Over the last few days I have really been hitting this hard. I have been able to put another property under contract and this is also a great deal.

I found this older investor who was selling 3/1 that had been rebuild about 4 or 5 years ago. He had actually started to do the rehab on his own, being a retired builder, and he was doing a nice job. Unfortunately he has discovered that he has to address some serious health issues and wants to sell. He saw one of my signs near his home and called me to see if I would be interested in buying his 3/1.
