I have been interested in Real Estate investing for atleast the last seven years. I have read countless books but have never taken the plunge. A foreclosure due to job change derailed my drive but now I am back at it and motivated. If anyone has any contacts in the Charlottesville area I would be happy to have any help that can be provided. I typically don't like asking for help and have always done things on my own but realize that in this business, especially getting started you should seek and take any help you can get.
