Hello everyone, I hope everyone is having an awesome start to a great and exciting new year!!

Finally decided to post something instead of just lurking around the forums.

I recently finished reading PFRERN and I'm waiting for the delivery of the other book BAREM. I'm having to read it again to digest all of the information properly.

Hi everyone!
For the last week I've been watching blogs, reading forums and any information I come across about RE investing. I'm so excited that I got my books from Dean yesterday! I watched the introductory DVD and started reading last night.

We have Deans books and have been reading them, the forums here, and researching properties with a realtor buddy of mine and talking with a General Contractor buddy of mine and other people who have done some investing in RE. We had our meetings for The Success Academy, paid our fees, and we are now freshman showing up for day one with our deer in the headlights look. We already have our eyes on a few properties, one we hope to go see within the next day or so. We hope to have our business cards and some signs made up by Wed.

This is my first entry, but not my last. Let me start off by saying two of the best books i have ever opened, THANKS DEAN. I am so glad you got into real estate. You have inspired me to look at life in another way.

I felt like I was gasping for air!! I didn't realize how much I depend on coming here to record activities (even if only a fraction of them) and visit with the DG Family! I guess I'm as addicted as ever! LOL!!!!

Hi all in new in real estate and i have dean's book and i also joined my local REIA group last October. The question i have is is it really possible to get in without any money??

one quick question can you assign a home that is listed by an agent. i have a buyer who wants to buy a property through me but the house is listed by an agent. can i still manage to assign the home. do i talk to the owners agent?? help anyone thanks

well im in the middle of assigning a contract for my first deal. im a little confused on a few things, i have a buyer who wants to buy property in my area, i did find a few properties in my area that she is interested in. i found the property on the mls. she has ask me to gather all the properties in my area that meet her criteria, to meet her tomorrow. should i wait til she picks a property from my list then do u think i should go to the seller and negotiate a price with him or her and if agreed im suppose to lock up a contract with the seller right?

I am looking for tools to track contract purchases, property management, and systems to complete contracts with ease or simplicity...
Do we have some in our support tools.

i recently found out that dean has a new book out called YOUR TOWN YOUR REAL ESTATE PROFITS, has anyone read the book yet or ordered it yet? i heard it suppose to be a really good book like the rest of them.... someone get back at me
