I overheard him talking about this piece of city property that sits in a prime position in old Bisbee and they have not been able to sell it at Auction even though it was a really good price. This has to be a good omen that I feel I need to act on, and SOON.

There will be times when your handyman will be sick or not able to show up for one reason or another. You may be stressed for time to complete your project and wished you could help. A lot of you may not be prepared to install a window but may be able to install a toilet, or remove some wallpaper. You can find out just what your comfortable doing from the site.

I am not ready to do anything right now (I don't think) but I am just trying to understand and get a grasp of the step-by-step of doing the homework to decide on an investment.
What I noticed when I was on the government forclosure site and finding homes to look at in my area, they always ask if you want a valuation report and then you can pay $16.95 for each report.
There May Never Been a Better Time to Buy Real Estate!

I try to create a sense of urgency because there may never be a better time in your lifetime to buy real estate. I tell all my friends that there are going to a lot of millionaires created in the next few years because of this real estate "BOOM". Yes I said "BOOM". I just keep shaking my head at how the banks are just giving real estate away. It is unreal. I say "BOOM" because if you are an investor you get to play "lets make a deal". Only this is the real thing.

No Buyers Agent

This is a spreadsheet that I developed in Excel to help me track the properties that I put bids in on, their acceptance or denial and my profit from it whether it was a sale, assign or a flip (which I dont count as a straight sale. All the formulas are already in place so if you want to use it just save it to your computer and make any changes you deem necessary. It comes in pretty handy if you are making multiple offers at same time or even as a quick at-a-glance cheat sheet. I hope you can use it.
