OfflineI have noticed that there is a lot of "new users" coming on this website simply to post something to sell. Houses, services, coaching, whatever in the classified section. Perhaps it would be proper to not allow posting classified ads until the earlier of 6 months on the site or 100 points (or some other matrix). Just an idea.

is great and one should actually not abuse what dean has given us but to use it for what is meant to be used for. I can see using it to sell houses as that is what it is supposed to be used for I think but as for services and other stuff is questionable.

you are right...I don't think this site was created for that purpose, but instead as as a place to learn and share real estate investment knowledge.
Also, how about limiting the number of adds each person places? I've noticed the same person placing numerous adds...

I think there are too many classifieds. I just tend to ignore most of them, but they are crowding the site.

I don't see a problem with real estate related classifieds...that's why it's there. I do have a problem with sneakers and handbags tho
