How I am getting a 3888% ROI

Hey everyone,

I just want to say I love being a family member of DG. I can not believe all the amazing support and help we provide each other here. Ok now to the money talk. So I put out a bandit sign that cost me less then 90 cents to make. Got a FSBO and locked up a amazing Deal with 26k in instant equity then did a IEE and walking away from closing this month with a check for 3500.

Then I just located up a house that has 95k in instant equity in it this week, before the other closed. So Dean and everyone, I love ya and soon I will be having Gerald help me out. I can not wait, Very very soon. So everyone just do it Smiling

IEEE

Congrats! How did you get the IEEE contract to work? I've heard it's not as successful as it used to be.

advertising and returns

That's one thing I love about rei is the return we get from advertising.

example: I spent $100 over a year ago on some vinyl for the the back window of my car and I'm about to close a wholesale for a profit of $7000 just from one call I got on the window.

fantastic job, just keep filling up the pipeline.
