RE investing for 11 years. Probate 10 out of the 11 years combining all techniques. I attended Coldwell Banker RE school to become a agent about nine years ago. After finishing RE school and preparing to take the California state exam to become a licensed agent, I flipped 2 properties at the same time. Off went my investing career. I have done everything from rehabbing to lease options, wholesaling, subject to, foreclosure, bankruptcy, short sells, buy and hold, assignments and of course Probate. In the early stages I had to actually serve a probate attorney court documents on a deal I was going to buy (not going to go into detail). He tried to sell at a higher price to someone acquainted with his secretary. Long story short I studied the probate code and laws in California many weeks and months. Guess who got the property?
I have been doing probate deals every since. Now I able to help homeowners file the necessary documents to start the probate process.(learned that also and I usually do most of the work. I am very determined individual. I continue to use ALL investing techniques. I look forward to networking with other hard working, passionate, goal oriented individuals. Let's achieve success and make deals happen!!! Deals are out there but they are not going to just walk onto your lap. O.k , maybe sometimes, you get my point. Good luck to everyone here and I wish you all success.
Remember:
"To get what you've NEVER HAD-
"Do something you've NEVER DONE!
What have you done different today that you didn't do yesterday? Hmmmmmmm.....just a thought.
