What bill was trying to say is that you should be honest in the letter by stating you work with or represent a group of investors who Have the cash to buy your home. Instead of saying I have the cash. Or something along those lines.
The wording is different but its more clear too.
I started out saying that I pay cash but then when I was signing contracts with my sellers they would ask me why I wasn't buying the house. Thats when I learned to state clearly up front that I work with a group of investors instead of saying that I personally buy the homes.
Another way to look at it is this.
You get a call from a potential buyer who claims to have cash ( which happens all the time) you get the answers to qualify him and show them a house. After showing him 3 homes you find out that he is not a buyer but a wholesaler just like you.
When you say thank you, you are telling the world that you want more. Say thank you every day! It will bring joy, and it will bring so much more.

Like it's pretty solid for the most part! Way to go. I am still targeting FSBO's on the side because I still want to have a structured conversation down in my mind even though I have already talked to several FSBO's it always good to improve!! Let us know how these "letters" turn out!!
