Yes I'm having the same problem. But Dean's working on it so it should be up soon. Thank God it's FINALLY NOT me. I am computer illerate so I always think if something doesn't go right with the computer, it's me. Not this time, LOL! I am soooo glad to hear it. EVERYONE have a GREAT DAY, I am now.

Funny, I went to my email after reading the responses and found it haha but I guess it was a good thing to post anyway because not everyone checks their email as frequently as they should (like me ).

I am having a very difficult time finding an agent who really wants to abide by the tasks that Dean says we should put them to. My question is, if you've built your buyers list and have some sellers, can you do the basic assignment without a real estate agent. Or get one to do it that doesn't mind doing the basic work for you.

You only need an agent to do the 25:1 and what not when it's a bank owned property correct?

You do not need a real estate agent to wholesale properties and do assignments. You will however need to find investor friendly real estate agents to help you grow your business in various ways. Go to your local real estate investor club and you are bound to find some.

Thanks so much. It makes sense, but also relieves me that I don't have to have someone willing to do 25:1 etc in order to get the ball rolling. I imagine you should definitely have a real estate lawyer who will over see transactions? What is a reasonable fee for him to just make sure everything is running smoothly?

Got through first 30 or so pages last night and all I can say is WOW!

This book makes it so clear and lays things out in such a way that I think a person would have to intentionally work at it to not succeed if you follow the directions. In the past so many books I've read have covered so many things I'd get off track and lose my way. NOT THIS ONE!

Hooked up with the RBBP info and mentoring calls, The EDGE videos plus everything else on this site I can use after I get things rolling (I don't want to get off track by using it all too soon - been there n got the T-shirt but not much else) Dean's just done an AWESOME JOB providing us all with everything we need to succeed! This new book makes it so CLEAR how to get started and profit quickly! No more confusion! . . . and even if I do get confused I've got a 'family' to go to for help now!

I have not taking any action yet since I got the book. I am going to make it today the way in real estate I have tried for many years ago. I have lost my house before, I hope I will have confidence again to get another house with your help. And I want to make money and be successful in real estate. Thanks very much.

First of all, I am dealing with a new computer, and a new version of windows. I can accidentally touch or click something and suddenly be somewhere I had not intended! This is the second writing of this first post! I dealt with the first dozen e-mails/video blogs, including the one with the "30 days" link, then had to attend a family vacation. I finally figured out what I did to get to page one several days after arriving home. At last, I am ready to watch the training videos and call for an agent. I am in the Binghamton, N.Y. area, and would like to talk to other "30 dayers" or those on other DG programs here. I also have reason to go to New Rochelle/White Plains, N.Y. from time to time, and would connect with others living in that area, as well. Due to time and distractions ("the adult children" I live with who claim to be family are high maintenance, father's business requires my attention, time for health related exercise, etc.), I may work at a slower pace. Be that as it may, failure is not an option, and success is a necessity! I have to get away from the above mentioned "adult children"(get some places to relocate to as well)!!!! I haven't created a profile yet, as I have just discovered that page. Hope all is appropriate in this comment, as I will probably repeat some of this, when I get to do the profile. Thanks in advance, Dean (and admin) for the option & opportunities that should follow.
