I've been dabbling in REI for over a year now having gone thru another training program which expires at the end of the summer. I've learned a lot. I'm primarily focusing on wholesaling and lease options to pay down my RE training debt and then begin to build funds to invest. I'm looking for buyers in my area, as there are many many deals to be had.
