Thank you for you, I've actually known about Mr.Graziosi since 2009 but failed in understanding his philosophy. As each year goes by and I see and hear about stories of successful students as your self I'm so happy for you and them and their family's and then I look at my self and all I can do is try to keep my head up. I'm 37 yrs. old Blackmale came up in a hard place in Kentucky lot of troubles as a kid mom alcoholic only child. So as you can see I have had some troubles in my life to keep me unfocused a little in life. So, now I'm in a transition of my life work at the Hershey plant in Robinson Il. Just got out of a 8 yrs. relationship moved on to a new town. Don't know anyone who even has the passion especially someone who wants to do Real-Estate. I understand about the business some cause of reading Dean's books but I don't know what I need to go in the right direction. This is not only for Carol but for the rest of the DG Family I want this so... bad like my hair is on fire and I wont stop I will live and breathe it. Just looking for an opportunity in doing what I need to do to start a great life for my kids and I. Their are so.. many house were I reside Robinson,Il, Vincennes, In, Lawrenceville, ill etc. I'm just looking for an opportunity that I've never had before especially with folks of you'll caliber. Just a snippet of who I'am "Loyal & Respectful" young man. Thank You

Sounds like your why is emerging ( Dean gave us a task for each of us to go 7 levels deep) the why we truely want to persue real estate investing....

Besides financial stability, besides the money being a barter to get more time out of our lives from the responsibility......

Then he gave us a key ( to unlock the path of real estate investing) called 30 days to real estate cash, here is a blueprint and step by step action plan. Combine that with this website, the forums, and the DG family you are bound to succeed. But this hinges on your why and your dedication

) has a section where it is by state look there and see what others have done before you....
