It has been a while since I was on here and posted and I think I missed it.
Just wanted to pop in and say hello and let those on here that know me, know that I am still doing real estate. Just picked up a 6 unit in Culver City, CA for $1.1M and just getting into rehab stage on it.
I have alos ogotten married a little over a year ago and my husband and I own an independent record label as well as a Marketing Media and Management Agency.
Life is good and GOD is great and I just wanted to take a moment to say hello and thank all those that have supported me over the years with kind words and encouragement.
Rine, LLoyd, Carol, Greg, Laura, Dean - I love you guys and you will always have a special place in my heart.

I think often of your thread about your first deal; the three houses you made the offers on and the retiring seller who gave you an incredible deal because you met his needs and hit his magic buttons.
