Application
October 25th, 2016 | posted by Brian PropesJust want to takeba moment,I'm so happy all that I can say is that if one follows the blue print that's been testedvand proven you can't go wrong.I'm about to sign on my first deal it's about 3k in it for me. The irony of this situation and what got me to this point is the instructions and the application thus.
Best wishes

Business Phone
July 23rd, 2016 | posted by kenekeHi Gang,
I am a delivery driver and I drive around all day in a noisy truck which makes me basically unreachable by phone. Does anybody have advice on using voice mail, recorded messages, or other means that I can be reached as I start my Real Estate business. Thanks

Success story from Cincinnati Ohio
June 20th, 2015 | posted by JoeOhI've been a member of this site for years and finally did some deals that I'm going to share here. After reading many posts on this forum and others and from help from a local investor I managed to get some deals done.
One deal was a wholesale deal where I netted $1200 a couple of months ago. The next deal is a land contract purchase on a house I'm living in right now. I'm working on getting my credit in shape so I can do a re-fi. It's in a good area and in good shape. The last deal was a sub-2 deal that I had for a while but fell through cause the sellers didn't do what was needed to complete a short-sale. That house went back to the bank.
I did partner up on 2 other wholesale deals that made me another $600 and $800.
Dream Big - Believe it
May 1st, 2015 | posted by steinway024I sit here tonight in a hotel room in Minneapolis. No, I'm not on a vacation. I find myself tonight in realization of a dream. A dream that started in July 2009. I was up late watching an infomercial when that cute little Italian dude told me I could make a fortune investing in real estate. There was something undeniably real about him. I bought the books; I joined the Success Academy. I so remember the guy from the Success Academy using such lines as: "Maybe one day you will be in the infomercial." "Maybe one day, you will be the one who goes around the country teaching others." Ya right. I didn't care much, at that time, for the thought of being in an infomercial. I mean, how embarressing would that be if someone I knew saw me?
So Upsetting
March 13th, 2015 | posted by kdhurd11My partner had taken Deans 3 Seminar 2 years ago. He lost a close family member right after taking it and wasn't ready at the time to jump in. About a month ago, he explained to me all about the seminar and his LLC ( Insiders Cash and Veil Corp) and knowing I had 2 months left at my job and over 3200.00 in bills a month...he asked me to partner with him which I thought was a very nice thing to do. I was extremely grateful. Since then; I have been eating, sleeping and thinking about assigning and wholesaling to get started. To get our feet wet.
Contracts To start With First
February 7th, 2015 | posted by ChrisHabershamHow are you? My name is Chris and have a question. I have a scenario...
Lets say I found a person selling their house what's the name of the contract do I start with?
Then after we sign the contract and I want to sign over the contract which one do I use?
I'm sorry I'm asking weird questions, I know of a few foreclosures, and of a few people that are selling their homes and just need to know how to start out
Thank You Very Much
Goal setting
November 8th, 2014 | posted by waltfabI have read many self-help, motivational and investment books over the past two decades and you can find many common elements in all of them. One is goal setting. Dean and others mention to set realistic goals, check your progress and readjust as necessary. In the past, I have set goals to buy 5 houses in a year, wholesale my first deal in 45 days, build my buyer's list, etc. For one reason or another (whether it was a lack of confidence or self worth), I would get distracted or discouraged and give up. Well, enough is enough.
Breathing Room
September 26th, 2014 | posted by kenekeHi,
I'm sure that I'm like a lot of people out there, on a tight budget, working lots of hours, counting on the overtime to make a few extra bucks. It's a hard transition to make to finally make that first deal and with that money you won't have to stress so much about getting those few hours of overtime. This is part of the journey in changing your mindset from one of an employee to that of a business owner. To do what it takes to succeed. The journey is worth it. Just eliminate distractions, keep your dreams and goals in front of you, and keep pressing onward
Best of Luck
