Where should I begin???

I can honestly say that I REALLY REALLY need help! I have read both of Dean's wonderful books and I really feel in my heart that I can do it. My main objective right now, is my lack of money. However, I know many people have this problem.

I'm currently a stay at home mom, with 4 young children, my husband is a truck driver and is away weeks at a time.

Associated Costs/Fees when performing an IEE

Hello, I have already posted this question under a different section, but haven't received any feedback. I thought I may have more luck here:

Would some people mind answering--or telling me where I could post--this question:

I am trying to plan out my first IEE. This will be my first deal and I'm going to do an IEE because I am pretty much completely broke. I am, however, trying to figure out what type of costs are associated with doing this.

LOOKING FOR A REAL ESTATE AGENT

i recently read chapter 6 and i am wondering, when a real estate agent calls me interested, when do i start talking about the 25:1 formula. Really, i feel it may be more of a lack of confidence on my part searching for the right agent. Is there anything anyone did or experienced to find the agent that might help me feel more comfortable talking to an agent?

Buying Bank Owned Properties

How should I structure an offer to purchase a bank owned property such as a forclosure if I don't plan on holding the property?

I'm thinking banks won't be receptive to an investor placing an offer based on reselling it to another end buyer.

Instant Equity Exchange (IEE)

I have successfully locked up an attorney and broker. My Power Team is officially complete!

I'm using the Instant Equity Exchange method from Dean's book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now". How would I go about getting paid from a contract if my end buyer or even the seller wants to use their closing attorney?
I had to meet with 7 attorneys in my area just to find one that was creative enough to accept IEE strategies.

Hello everyone,

Im new to this. I have no REI experience ever. Im a recovering open heart patient who has lacked self confidence for the past few years since my surgery. I saw the commercials and finally got the book and program. After reading the book, I was blown away at the information it contained.

Can I really do this?

ok so i got Deans 'Profit from Real Estate Right Now' book a month or so ago. and ive read it and i was even supposed to call one of the reps back for possibly getting into the success academy. but once i finished the book i got really scared. becuase i just graduated high school, i have no job and cant find one, have no lisence or car. so basically no transportation but family and friends. is it really possible to do this without all those things? i have no money to advertize, so i cant really advertize besides word of mouth. any advice?

Hey everyone!!

I am new to the Forum. I have just finished reading PFRERN and the student reviews. I just started reading BARM last night. I am psyched and ready to hit the ground running.

Made My 1st Call

I ordered the book a few days ago and finished reading it last night. I woke up and found an ad in the paper that says "I buy houses."

I took a shot and called him. It didn't work out far as me and him doing business but I made the move to call him.

He basically gave me his version of advice and said he has been doing this for a long time and I can't broker a deal for him.

I did manage to keep him on the phone for a few minutes and had the courage to call him.

I don't have enough confidence to go after anybody else right now. I just want the investors with cash.
