Profit From Real Estate Right Now

I enjoyed Chapter 7 because I believe if I can find one "killer deal" or "gem of a deal" it can be worth up to 3 or more regular deals. Thus, if it takes the same time and effort, I am trying for the "killer deals". This chapter provide so much information, that when I read it, my head was over loading with great information and ideas. I had to take an ice cream break to clear my head of great information over load and then reread the chapter.

I enjoy the title of this chapter because it takes me back "to the day", when we could shop at the local Five and Dime Store, have an ice cream cone at the local soda fountain and watch a movie in an old fashioned palace type theater.

Dean's book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" takes you through step by step each level. You may have success with the techniques in Chapter 3 and I find Chapter 4 as a way to really take things to the next level.

It is often said that we never have enough time and money. The most important concept is to leverage your time. This idea is tremendous and is a great way to leverage your time, and speed up the deal review process.

This is such a great chapter for having the deals come your way. From the fliers to the business cards, it tells you step by step a good plan of action to locate deals. Even if you have limited funds, you can make fliers to post in stores or pass out through neighborhoods. You can target homes with over grown lawns or the worst home on a nice block.

In "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" Dean's give you action steps at the end of each Chapter (reference page #28)

Dean states..."At the end of each chaper I want to give you specific steps you can do to get started in real estate right away."

I believe Dean's book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" is just packed with great information in every chapter. Chapter 2 on pages 45-47 is extrememly important for the New Investor that is just starting out.

This evening I turned on the tv and there was Dean's infommercial for his new book "Profit from Real Estate Right Now". I have seen this many times, however I enjoy watching it to be motivated and inspired. Dean's Book and the infommericial tell you a great deal about how to do it, how to get started, how to take action, what to look for in deals, and how to succeed. Sometimes you need to clear your mind and go into Dean's book with clear thoughts and no prior opinions.

I have heard it said that many students order Dean's new book "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" and put it on the shelf and state someday I will find the time to read it. Is today the day?.....How about Tomorrow?.....Next week?.....Oh, well maybe next month???

OK...I do not care about the date, the day you read this post it is New Year's Eve and your # 1 New Year's Resolution is to read Dean's book cover to cover! Think of Dean's book as a treasure map. The big "X" for treasure is through-out the book.

I believe Dean's Book, "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" is worth 1,000 times more than what you may have paid for it. When you think about the cost of this book, it is probably less than the cost for a two topping family size pizza or 2 tickets and popcorn to a movie, or even less than the cost of a ticket to a ball game or a Broadway style play.

I enjoyed the entire book, technicques, tips and information but I have to say I really became inspired by Matt Larson's story on page 23. It is great to see that the American Dream is Alive! Congratulations to Matt and I wonder how many more DG Memebers will be just like Matt in 2009? Good luck on all your deals. Believe and Achieve! Indiana-Joe
