I enjoyed reading the introduction to Profit from Real Estate Right Now! On Page 10, Dean states "Five Years from now, you will kick yourself for not taking action during this historic time, or will you look back and say I was there, I jumped at the chance to profit like never before in real estate?" I hope people read the introdution because it is their chance for the new beginning to start!

I found Chapter 6 "The Perfect Real Estate Agent = Huge Profits" to be a really good chapter especially for someone who is just starting out.

On page 113 Dean lists out several questions when you are interviewing a real estate agent. I think this is so key to find the right agent for the right investor.
