The current average seeling price of a 3 bedroom SFR in our area of Massachussets is $192,400. Houses in New England vary greatly on styles, year built, area and size. The year over year price index is +%2.2

Taxes are always going up. In my area it is at 3600/year for a house that sold at 192,400.
2011 taxes were $3537. 2010 taxes were $3488.

A rental of an SFR is between 1200-1800/month.

Average DOM remains at 158.142 days. Less inventory as well. Places are selling !!
