2. What is the current unemployment rate and what was it 12 months ago? Current unemployment rate is down from 7.1% in November 2011 to 6.7% November 2012. People are employed and have money for rentals.
3. What’s the current average cost of 3 bedroom house in your area? Average cost in all three counties is $110,000.
4. What’s the average rent for that same house? Average rent is $875.00 With very few home rentals to choose from and 250 foreclosures in just these three counties listed on just one web site.
5. What are the average annual taxes for that property? Average annual property tax is $2100
6. What are the current days on market? Average current days on market is 210 days - that's what I'm talking about.

Dean, I've been servicing the greater south east Wisconsin area for 26 years, I'm just re-getting going with your concepts after a failed attempt one year ago. I'm excited about making another run at this. I've always known this was for me. I hope we can work together in Wisconsin.
