Hi everyone.I have a question I am not sure the answer to.I want to make and offer on a foreclosure and use transactional funding and a proof of funds letter.What do you say if the contract is accepted and they want to see financials before I have an end buyer? Also I live in Maryland and want to wholesale properties that aren't foreclosures but am told there is a law in Maryland that says you can't.If you live in Maryland how are you getting around that.I know there are investors in my state that are doing it.Thanks for any help you can give me.I am determined to do my first deal somehow!

I'm guilty of watching the news and they do a great job puting
Fear in to us. It doesn't stop me from taking action but it might be afecting my results. My wife thinks she has to watch to know what's going on in the world. Me I don't want to know anymore.
I can't control what They do. But I can make offers and that's how
I can change my life. And so can your students, make offers I mean. Happy Labor Day. Time to fire up the Grill and read one of deans books. Audio book that is.
