What a great couple indeed. I just love their joy and energy. I am so much looking forward to going to the event in Las Vegas in September! Can't wait.
Also coming Tuesday I will be going to an REI Club in my area for the first time to meet up with like-minded people in my area! I've got my business cards ready to hand out, and soak in as much info I can get from the other investors. This website is awesome - so inspiring! Hey all, i've been messin around with real estate for a long time and the only way to get it going is to just do it. I will soon be doing my first on my own deal. I have a real estate license and have sold stuff while working for a broker. When doing it yourself for yourself its different and takes lots of positive mindset and all the help you can get and JUST DO IT, AND JUST DO IT, AND JUST KEEP DOING IT. You have to stay dug in and I know that the 2nd one will be easier than the first. I have had lots of stuff slow me down and keep me moving slow. Right now I am doing the 30 days to real estate cash steps very slow because of personal demons I'm also fighting, but I will not stop ever. I love real estate and always will, I will never retire because I love making money and the satisfaction you get from seeing a family or anyone gettin the deal you put together for them. By following the book step by step, like dean says, its a recipe. I'm putting all the ingredients in and I am going to cook up my dinner. And I will be serving it to myself on a silver platter as the saying goes. You just have to do it. JUST DO IT, GET IT COOKING, and you will see results.

It's easy to want to give up when things always seem to get in the way of progress. It's great to be able to look at this site and see others being successful and sharing their knowledge. It always gives me hope and courage to keep going--just like a recharge. Thanks, Dean!

Love the video Dean! Congrats to the investors in the vid for their current and continued success. For me, being a part of something bigger helps take the stress and anxiety of feeling alone in an endeavor away. Corresponding with like-minded individuals to share ideas with and learn from is critical, especially when not much encouragement can be found in your immediate surroundings. My mom is supportive in whatever I chose to do but sometimes does not understand how and why things will work. I know I haven't been on this site much, but that will change. I've been making connections and doing some DD in other markets. Looking forward to connecting with some fellow DGers to do some deals!

I have to say that being a part of the DG Family is amazing. I have meet so many wonderful people here who have been an inspiration, who have been supportive, who have needed support, and who have teamed up with me as well.

I have partnered on 5 deals that I have closed with people from DG. I would have never been able to do those deals if it wasn't for those people.

Have a questions? Just ask!!! there are so many people who know the answer. Also search your questions you will probably find it here on the site.

Lastly the support on this site is amazing. there are times when I was in a panic and so many people helped me come up with solutions. Brainstorming alone was just amazing how many different ideas and ways of thinking on things.

I love what you do. Indeed you get more done and faster when you attach yourself with others of a like mind.
Though I keep very busy, I have written about twelve deals in the last twelve months and am about to close the fifth. All of these are assignments or sandwich lease options. assignments are most of what I learned from this site.

I'm learning that it is imperative to be a part of something bigger than yourself. It's a lifeline in some ways. I joined this site earlier this year, but only visited occassionally. I figured I would become more involved "when time permits". Meanwhile, my motivation was being drained from me.

Like vehicles, we need to have fuel in us in order to arrive to our destinations. Whether it's through books, seminars, or the web, the DG Family always provides encouragement and motivation for others. From now on, I will allow this to be my fuel for success.

I love the site and the inspiration it offers from real people. I need to get together with someone from your site where I can work with. My problem is the whole nature of any kind of business that deals with people. I can work with things OK but I have extreme difficulty working with people. Something I did not really realize until now. Basically, I need to "retool" as it where to be able to work with people from this group and outside in real estate transactions. I see HUGE potential in this site and I wish to take full advantage of it but I feel for lack of a better word, mentally handicapped because of my skill set being limited to working only with "stuff" instead of people and also my severe weakness in processing information. I bought the "Foreclosure Properties" DVD many yrs ago and have yet to watch it. I didn't read beyond the first 20 or 30 pags of the book that accompanied the DVD. My path took me toward teaching yoga instead.

Still, I watch most Dean Graziosi videos because his inspirational words could pretty much apply to any area of life, not just real estate. So they sometimes inspire the editor/writer in me...or confirm that I'm on the right path. Dean & Family are very like-minded souls with great attitudes and spirits!

Dear Dean, thank you for being persistant with your emails. I watched this video tonight and it seemed interesting to hear you ask what this video means to me. Well, perhaps "Success". I have yet to go through your training or attend one of your live events but after watching the short video you seem like a pretty motivated person willing to help others achieve their success. I love this site, I watch and learn so much. I haven't done my first deal yet but I am so pumped to start. Being a part of something like this is big cause of my interaction with alot of people. I'm not very social but I watch and learn alot and this is helping me get out of my shell. On my way to my first deal and a better life.
