Great weekly wisdom. We were at this event and it was awesome to be around so many like minded people. The speakers were phenomenal and set us on fire. Now up to us to keep the fire going. Get in the game! Dean it was nice getting to meet you in person. We appreciate everything you do for us. Your are a genuine human being who truly cares about the success of your students. We appreciate this site and all the people on it that share so much to help and motivate people. Looking forward to a long relationship with the DG family!

We had a great time at the Summit and learned alot.
We are still trying to get going, and Finding a real estate agent that will work for us. We can't seem to get it through their heads we want distressed and as is homes. That is a really hard concept for them.

Did get a tax lien and trying to line up to get a rental. Finances are tight, and ranching is going to take a hit with no grass, means we have to sell down again. So we have to get this working.

The blogs the site its pure energy for me. Even if I never do a deal. I will come here for the motivation. Thanks! Dean.

There is som much informaiton and knowledge to obtain at hand on this website it is overwhelming. But I have committed to go to the site more regularly. I am hopeful to do our first deal soon.

I have yet to do my first deal, but with my son just going off to college, I have more time and more hope than ever. You have to constantly feed yourself, and the best way to do that is to be around like minded people. If you were a vegetarian, you probably would make sure to spend time around OTHER vegetarians, or go to places that serve vegetarian food. You would spend all of your time visiting rib joints.

What means the most to me about being part of something bigger than myself is the opportunity to touch many lives and leave a legacy of good, a legacy of blessing. It's really one of the most important things I live for. It's one of my "whys."

Being a part of this website enables me to do that on a grand scale! You never know who will be the next person to receive encouragement from what you say. It's like the rudder of the ship...it's a small part by it has the ability to steer a large ship in an entirely different direction by the tiniest movement. Receiving encouragement at the right time is much like a rudder. It can help you find the right course!

...is to be around like-minded people even if small-minded people keep dragging you down. Yeah, to be a part of something bigger than me... that's easy cause I'm so small that everyone seemed to be bigger than me (literally). I do have a strong resolve though, so I feel I'm bigger than many.

It is always good to know that there is a way to get to talk to people at this great place, and even though i haven't been able to complete MY FIRST DEAL, I sure keep trying, hopefully very soon I will be able to make it.

I am currently working on my first deal. In my area I have a a lot of rehabed single family homes. Perfect move in condition. They are only discounted 5 to 10% With 20% down I can have a positive cash flow of $400 to $600 per month after expenses. Thinking of purchasing one for the rental income and borrowing against the equity for future projects. What are the opinions of the veteran investors regarding this plan?

I'm excited about you giving away your IPad.  Your generosity rocks! The first question that comes to mind is will your websites remain there?   What websites does Dean Graziosi utilize?  

What have I learned from you, a person that I greatly admire?  I have read two of your books.  I attended foreclosure auctions in my city.  I learned to spot a real estate bargain.  I retired and purchased a house with over $23,000 in equity!  My computer messed up.  I stopped utilizing your resources at that time as I went back to work.  

  I recently received an invitation to attend one of your seminars which I attended.  I am currently reading your free book "Totally Fullfilled" about your life.  So here I am, once again in your realm of positive thinking! Yes, put my name in the hat for the opportunity to own not just any IPad, but the"DEAN GRAZIOSI IPAD."

I tried to post this last week and was not successful, so I am trying once again.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the input. It is so cool to see all the different places people are in their real estate careers. I haven't done my first deal yet, but am very excited and encouraged by you all to get it going!

My goal through real estate is to create more free time and money so I can serve and bless others more...for the glory of our creator, sustainer and author of life Jesus Christ!

Dean, it's always a pleasure to watch your weekly wisdom. Missed the last couple weeks due to some personal struggles however, am turning the corner and getting back to enjoying things. This site is just brimming over with support, encouragement, deals, teachers, mentors, and people doing the same things that your doing, or wanting to do. There's a wealth of information, and Dean is always, and I do mean always trying to help us get over our fears. There is just nothing negative to say about this community......IT'S ALL GOOD! It's all thanks to one man, and his wisdom, Dean Graziosi. Dean, you encourage us to believe that we are more then we think we are, but I'm here to tell you that you are more then you think you are, and I believe that you are clueless to it, because that's just the nature of you.
