I am a husband to my wonderful bride, Morag, of 14+ years, father of 3 beautiful daughters, an avid sportsman; love the outdoors and all that nature has to offer. Currently a Realtor with CIR Realty, one of the largest independent real estate companies in North America. Love working with my hands; getting down and dirty with renovations, flipping older homes, or perhaps new construction. I am an investor first when it comes to real estate. Identifying potential is what I take pride in when researching homes. So often my clients have become friends for life. Which for me is absolutely awesome! Love what I do everyday.
