Its still hasnt happened yet! Not giving up even though even though its been a long time trying! Doors keep slamming shut! Now I'm trying to buy a bar that is in tax foreclosure to get the liquid assets I need so I can kick those doors open. Once again doors are slamming shut! Next step a hard money lender. Unless someone has $20000 to loan me for 90 days max at 6%. Will refinance after ownership or return the money plus 6%.

Im new to the website and I will be going to my first workshop in a few days and Im looking forward to it. I like surrounding myself with people who have the same goals, aspects, and desires as I do. It is a great help to have these type fof people in and around my life so I can help or be helped at reaching my achievements as well as helping others reach theirs.

Shame on me - I've gotten away from coming to this site and as I was reading a lot of the posts, I really need to stay engaged and active on here. I've have been trying for a little over a year now to get my first deal under my belt and has become very discouraging that it hasn't happened yet..so with that disappointment, I quit coming to this site so along with the disappointment and feeling of failure, I wasn't getting any support either. Thanks Dean for this site and the encouragement others write about. It's a reminder that most all have been where I am but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Just have to stay focused on it and this site in keeping the light shining!

Hey Jen, I like what you said. It makes such a difference to be connected with self and others and go for the greater good while having fun at the same time. I personally like the Heifer foundation so I imagine and visualize that my success will help a village receive a goat, or chickens, or rabbits, benefiting the whole village. It's as though the more that I can come from my highest purpose, the more I can assist others to be the best they can be too.

I have finally purchased my 1st property. The thing is I went the traditional route and was approed. It still is great being a homeowner, no matter how its was done.

This just enforced my confidence and I'm going to put more effort into investing and doing it with OPM (other people'sw money).

Thank you for continuing to include me in the weekly blog. It made me keep going when I really didnt want to.

I really enjoyed the video. I have decided after a year to get started and now I am making offers as of this week. I am stuck a bit on a short sale offer that I want to make, and I will use the forum for some help!! Thank you so much for all of your video's and encouraging words. I am also attending your event in Chicago within 2 weeks and I can't wait.

I've been reading and listening to all your videos, weekly wisdoms and all of them are great. You Dean are always optimistic, give us support and wake us up and reminds us constantly that everything is possible. Unfortunately I have friends and relatives that are not that supportive. With their negativity I have stopped asking for any help/advice not just in real estate but my daily activities as well.Being a father of 3 kids and the only source of income, I have been struggling to do my first deal. Some times I get so caught up that I can't even find enough time to do the necessary work to put a deal together. But every time I come to this site, which I call my DG family, I feel at ease, it puts me back in a great mood, makes me feel I can do this. And deep down inside I know that I can. Thanks Dean for keeping my hopes alive. God bless..

I had a reserved seat for your latest program at the Marriott in Cedar Rapids, IA today but had to reluctantly pull out at the last minute due to an emergency situation.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to Davenport tomorrow either. So, I can only hope it isn't long before you come back this way! I've been a fan of you and your ideas for years and am anxious to get in on the action after recently retiring after 27 years active duty in the US Air Force.

We have just started in this program and have signed up to attend the next real estate training class. I am so excited to be a part of something that is bigger than myself and actually feel welcomed. I also like not trying to "SELL" my family anything. We have tried so many businesses that required us to "sell to our families" and it has costed us some really good relationships that we had with friends. We are finally proud to be a part of something that we can work hard without having to "BURDEN" our families and friends. We can help our families and friends when they are in need of some assistance. I am excited to have the DG family to back me as I engage myself in the hard work that lies ahead. As I say to my family, "WORK HARD, PLAY HARD!!"

My friend and I attended your 3 day workshop in Phoenix and decided on some hand-holding to get us through our first purchases. So glad we did! We are LOVING the diamond training so far. man I am new still taking my baby steps in the business and that blog is full of energy. I am still working out on my 30 days real estate cash and I was motivated.

I've found long ago that if we spend our time with like minded people, the sum of the parts exceeds the whole.

I'm very new to the business, and found that my efforts have been stalled. After watching this weeks' video with Tom and Rasheeda I've found the vigor I've been lacking. This weeks' wisdom has tipped me over the edge to taking some action.

Dean thanks for sharing, I promise to pay it forward while engaging in my journey of financial independence.

What does it mean to me? To me it’s accountability. Shortly after I started looking at Real Estate I joined a Real Estate Investor group. The nearest one to where I lived is a 45 min drive for me. I tell you it is the best move I have ever made. I have been going to every meeting for about six months now. Now some of the veterans there ask me every time “Seth, have you done your first deal yet?”. After telling me “You have to do something to get in the game,” they offer advice. It keeps me motived. It’s Great! Not only do I get to learn from them, but I think they enjoy coach me as well. Go be something bigger than yourself!
