Thanks, Dean. I look forward to your Monday blogs because they keep me pumped. I'm getting ready to do one of my SFL Webinars tonight. I've already listened to five Edge 10 videos ... WOW. And I mean WOW!!! If folks can't do a deal after buying the SFL webinars and the Edge 10 videos, they're either lazy or they just don't give a darn. It's all laid out 1-2-3.

And when I finish the Webinars, I'll make my moves going forward on an assignment deal. I KNOW I can do this. I wish I had $33K. I'd get Matt Larson to come to Trenton, NJ to train me one on one. Look at Randy's success!!! I'll see ya at the top!!

and thought-provoking, Dean. Pull my ideas from my ideal me. Good stuff. I've never really heard anyone say that in that way before. "You can do it!" & "Believe and achieve!" are really peppy, but in themselves don't tell you how to accomplish your goals. What you said really helps.

I will pat myself on the back for submitting my first birddog lead this past week. I don't even care too much whether or not this particular deal closes! It's a start, and it's exciting to be on a new path.

I have done everything the Success Academy has advised and it's all coming together! I am very excited to get out to make my first deal in Oct. I am a Remodeling Contractor and work in my part of the country is scarce. I received a phone call this morning from a project manager on a county job that is supposed to close at the end of this month. I am supposed to collect my final pay-out but now have been informed not until the end of Oct. I was anticipating a large payment and now I'm having to wait a whole other month to collect. I was devastated until I read your blog. I am grateful to God and to your encouraging words for lifting me back up today!

Good words for a frustrated investor in the bus for 20 months. Made 1 deal first year and so far 1 deal this year. Always feeling lately I'm doing something wrong - I should be way ahead. So thanks for the reminder and encouragement to keep moving forward and hold my head up high for the accomplishments thus far.

Thanks again Dean for giving me that nudge I need. I am currently looking at 2 properties that are priced fairly low for this area. We are going to make our first off on one of the two. Ideally we would like to live in this one and then rent out the one we live in now for some cash flow. The other listing we will probably make an offer next week. I check with my agent to find out how long it has been on the market. The longer the better. By the way the first one is a bank owned and it just so happens it is the bank we have used for years and have gotten to know some of the managers. So hopefully this will help also. Again thanks for all you do.

So many of us only look at today, and forget that we are here because of the small accomplishments of yesterday. A man once told me that A GOAL is the realization of a worth while DREAM. You are so right again. We should NOT compare ourselves to anyone.We are who we have become and it is a growing thing. Like the acorn,has to grow roots before birds can rest in it's branchs.Just this week with all thats been happening {all good} I was thinking how I have been in training all my life for this moment. This moment, right now,ready and willing to be a spounge and to soak up all this knowledge you and your students are so freely giving.Thank you again from the bottom of my soul. YE HA from TEXAS.

Man I needed that! I was just saying to myself today that I am doing all this work and I still haven't gotten my first deal done. And on top of everything I had my first property under contract and a buyer that was ready to buy, but the buyer backed out on me at the last minute! You have to imagine how deflating that was! I started questioning was real estate for me. But, I am glad Dean just posted this blog, because it served as restoration in my beliefs that I can do this. I am back on the hunt for a new buyer and shifting my focus as Dean has been preaching to secure more buyers. By the way I love the SFL system!. I am a very unorganized person and it has done wonders for me!

You truly are a gift from god . I got your book about 8 months ago and just started to take action yesterday. But because of you not giving up on me I now have a buyers list my phone will not stop ringing ,I set my goals everyday and accomplish them. I am on my way . I will be checking in shortly with my first deal soon .

Your advise comes at the very exact moment when I "loose" a job that somebody promised me. For that reason, I had to return my SFL order, because I need that money to feed my 3 children.
I bought DG book and enroll in the academy like 1 year ago.
What hold me back?

1- I couldn't get out of my comfort zone. I had a good job.
2- I was thinking to be a Millionaire 6 month after enroll in the academy. Nobody told me that my expectations were too high.

Today, I just want to make a couple of thousands $$ to pay my bills and debts, and I'm sure that when I achieve it, I'm not going to turn back, I'm going to continue making another thousand and so on.

Dean, your words really touched me, at least I still have your book and this wonderful community.

You are truly and inspiration to all of us, especially me.
However, I'm a little confused about a certain aspect of your program that I had great interest in, that being your Success Academy.
After attempting to talk to a representative of your Success Academy for weeks now, leaving many messages, I finally was able to talk to a person that does your "screening" for this Academy. After the inital interview I asked the ultimate question: "What does all this cost?". Needless to say, I was somewhat blown away by the cost of this Academy, funds that I did have available but have long been spent on my daughter's Notre Dame College education.
I guess knowing what the cost of the entrance to the Academy is now comprised of, I will have to take the information that I have learned to this point from your books and Edge 2010 and work with what I got. I realize that the Success Academy is of great benefit to all students that have the funds available but at this time it is not a feasible investment for me.
It just so happens that this night, before I listened to your blog, I was on a conference call with yet another individual such as yourself with a similiar program. I'm confident that if I was to mention the name, you or your staff would surely know of him and his reputation. As I listened to the conference call, it amazed me that he to was a great success story, offering much the same literature or program such as yours but yet there was something missing from his presentation: Honesty and conviction for the individuals that purchased his program, the same traits that are naturally a part of you as a person.
I will proceed the best I can with the information that I have already purchased from you. Who knows, with conviction and a little effort how far it will take me.

This video was geared to where I'm at. I haven't done my first deal yet, but I'm working on my buyers list, building contacts, posting adds, etc...When you hear about all the success people are having doing these techniques you kinda think it's going to happen in a short period of time. I need to stay positive and keep making progress instead of comparing where I'm at to super successful students like Matt Larson. Hopefully, a year down the road I'll be looking back at this comment smiling...
