I am glad you said it Dean, we do forget about our accomplishments. I've been at this for a year and 2 months. I will not give up and I am taking things one step at a time. the Success Academy has done wonders for me. It's given me a better outlook on the way to tackle learning about real estate. I am very happy to be a part of it, and I can't wait to get my first deal under me, cause I know the rest is going to be downhill for me and my family.

Hi. I am new here, really want to quit my job. My boss Edward is kind of mentally abusive especially to people from other countries. I will be honest with you, I am doing this out of desperation. I have been working in that job for almost two years and my confidence in me went somewhere, I don't even know where ... I want to find it back, I want to feel good about what I am doing. I want to be around people that enjoy seing each other grow! And I think I have found it. Dean, thank you for your encouraging words. It gets me going every Monday. Ivana.

Thanks again for all your hard work and still sharing with us. Who isn't guilty of being too hard on themselves? Humans always want more! Success IS how you look at it, and I intend to journal my actions and be proud of myself for taking baby steps or giant leaps until I make my 1st sale. Life has been so hectic and at 38 I'm in school and wondering what I want to be when I grow up - still! I can't imagine giving up on your teachings, and your blogs keep me on the track I know I need to be on. Thank you so much Dean for doing what nobody does better - the greatest RE mentor/friend to us all!!
