I'm a darn good legal secretary working 9 to 5 weekdays. I saw Dean's ad on TV and he made sense when he said, "If you don't take advantage of this down market, you will have missed one of the greatest opportunities of a life time." His statement made me order his books. I read half way through Profit from RE Right Now and my head started to spin. It was too much info because I didn't know where to begin but it gave me hope. I WAS SCARED. FROZEN WITH FEAR. Then I joined the Success Academy. I'm still reading and studying about REI through PMI study course every night. I recently bought a website kit that promises to get my websites on Page One of Google index, gives me great EXPOSURE to Buyers, Sellers, Facebook users, Twitter, etc. I bought it to bring buyers and motivated sellers to me online. I'm currently setting up the websites which includes a state-of-the-art video camera that plugs into my PC so I can take pictures of properties and market them on my websites. I'M NO LONGER SCARED BECAUSE I'M GAINING KNOWLEDGE. I call the Success Academy to get answers. I go onto the Forum to get tips from the winners. I always check my email from Dean and I listen to Dean's Conference Calls and Video Blogs, and I'm busy learning. I keep asking questions of the winners like Carol Stinson, and going to REI group meetings, auctions, looking for probate markets, going to the courthouse to get unpaid tax property listings. I'm determined to become a Millionairess. I'll see you all at the TOP.

Just wanted to say hello, I am also from NJ,Bellmawr to be exact. Would love to meet some of the other DG students from the neighborhood here in Jersey. I am also in the Success academy and got the set for life system. So much information it's overwhelming at times. I/we ( hubby and I) are looking to do assignments also. Working on 1st deal and roadblocks galore, but I am determined to get it done , it's a bank reo and wow is all I can say, property broker is tough. But I will not let her get me down, actually her NO to everything just made me more determined to lock it up and assign it. ( lol I wish I could keep this one for a rental property,) but hubby says please just for now assign , assign, assign, so I agreed , but our deal is when I make X amt of dollars I am free to shoot the moon. So anyhow if you want a re friend here in SJ shoot me an email same name as here on hotmail or at re-questproperties at hotmail also.
