What ever you decide to name your blog, I'm sure will never do justice to the amazing quality of your blogs. Informative and inspiring every week. I think the partnering is a terrific idea. It would be great to inspire each other and bounce ideas off someone that may think of that important deal question, you didn't think of yourself.

I like "Change Your Perspective" because your blog posts often change my (and many other people's) perspective.
Whether I am feeling discouraged and your post lifts me up, or I am motivated and it adds fuel to the fire. My perspective is either completely changed or widened so I can see things I would not have seen.

Like the idea of teaming up or rather JUST giving back! As iron sharpens iron! I've read that where you will be in 5 years is a direct reflection of your associations and the books you read. VERY powerful if you let that sink in!

We have to protect our minds and protect our time! Junk in, junk out! Limiting our exposure to negative, 'stinken thinken' and time wasters.

One of many absolute characteristics of the successful have one specific commonality that to me outshines them all and that is giving back. You know you are talking to someone of high caliber when one of the first things out of their mouth is "How may I serve you?" You know you better close your mouth and open ears because you don't want to miss a thing they have to say. Or better yet, BECOME that person! I think if everyone stops focusing on the "me" and the "money" and focus on serving and giving you will obtain the "me and the money" desires. I feel sometimes you truly do have to be a blessing to fully reap your blessings.

But the most important thing to NEVER forget, if we are seeking council, encouragement or direction, that once we get it.....to NOT waste it.

I really like the idea of a one-on-one mentor created with those from this site. I've noticed that other investor sites have a negative/cutthroat element to them which I really dislike. Even the educational article I read was nasty and sarcastic. At least on this site everyone is coming from the same RE educational backround and are more interested in being helpful than undercutting the other guy. Now someone figure out the most organized way to pair us up on DG and let's get connecting.

Actually, I could care less what it's named, as long as it has the same great content I've come to expect, enjoy and be enlightened by.
