Hi Dean,
This is my first post.I have been following your blog for many months now and you always have really great information and suggestions.Here is my suggestion for the new name for your blog.I think you should call it Mastermind Mondays and a great way to partner up with other DGrs would be to have everyone check in on Mondays and share any information,ideas,or problems that they incountered the previous week.That way we can all get together and partner up in a really big way.I myself run across some really great information/ideas and would love to share it with all of you. Mondays Motivational Moments or 3 M's to Successful Real Estate Investing. I love your enthusiasm. I know I couldn't stay in the real estate market without some. It makes everthing work smoother!

Along the lines of the eDGe series I incorporated the letters DG in the middle of both words used. I see the blog as a way to keep us or wake us out of our daily drudgery. Dean comes in and bludgeons that drudgery and inspires us to keep striving towards freedom via Real Estate Investment. Thus my blog title would be:

Dean's druDGery bluDGer Blog

The name isn't important to me. I'll still be here weekly watching, listening and learning.

As for a partner to help you along? I like it. I get flustered all the time. I look for real estate agents and almost half in the yellow pages are out of business. Those still working, only want to show you what they want to sell. They also argue with you as to why and what I'm doing saying "You cant do that" or "how can you get a low income family into a REO house they cant fix it up"

Even some investors here hate other investors saying they do not pay bird dog fees and they only work alone on their website.

So I like that idea of a partner to push members into the right direction.

Correction, the right word would be Bludgeoner so...

hi im deedee and i sure could use a partner to brainstorm with while learning the business i really believe thoughts bouncing off one another contributes to our success if anyones looking for a motivated buyer/seller investor blog me.

Dean Mondays is an excellent choice in which to change the name of the weekly blog its the beginning of the week when most are not ready to start there week, except for your investors how about get ready Mondays Investment logic oh well just a thought i know youll get a good name change suggestion from someone and i do enjoy the blogs.

I could definitely use a partner. I have helped to build houses, condos, and high rises, etc. But my knowledge of real estate is a new experience. I'm reading books in classes, but could use that help.
