Im on page 5 of the 6 page blue print and I honestly feel scared, lost, and confused.... I dont know what my next step is... I have 3 real estate agents but none of them have sent me the 90 day cash buyer list..... I dont know what my next step should be

The Real Estate Agent
I, too, am having difficulty in locating a permanent real estate agent. Some requests are answered while others like the 90 day list has not.
I have read the 30 Days to Real Estate Cash as well, the advice it gives is to not cease in you're efforts.

Feeling overwhelmed isn't something that goes away overnight - but it does get a bit better with everything you learn and do. Today's the first time I've worked up the courage to post on the DG site, and I've been signed up and studying for 6 mos! See there - you're already way ahead of me! Keep on going.

what you've read. Keep calling agents until you find one that will send you what you need. As you keep reading and watching videos you will become more comfortable, but to really feel comfortable you will have to apply what you are reading.

Welcome to being a RE investor! You are feeling the way you should be feeling! That is a good thing! That is a natural thing!
Just keep reading the books. Read them several times if you need to. You will see things you didn't pick up on the first, second or third time. Read on this site. Especially old threads.
After a while you will start feeling more comfortable. I promise. The only way you lose is if you quit. Do not allow that to even be an option. If you say, "I will TRY this", it will probably never work. You have to go at it with the attitude that you will do it and do it and do it and do it until you are doing it!
Know that it is simple, but it is NOT easy. Just do what Dean teaches and it ABSOLUTELY works!

them for a list of all residential cash transactions in the last 90 days?

As Karen says...that's how we all feel in the beginning.. scared, confused, because we are going out of our comfort zone, but those who succeed are the ones that don't give up...
