Hello everyone, I am 21 and live in CA, I am now jumping off the deep end and ready to start my career in Real Estate. My questions are:
1)What is the easiest and most inexpensive way to get a DBA name registered?
2)Is it absolutely necessary to get a business name before starting any deals?

I WOULD LIKE YOUR OPINION IN THIS MATTER.
WHAT IS THE BEST STRATEGY TO APPLY IN THE MIAMI MARKET ( SUPER CHEAP HOUSES BUT TAXES ARE REAL HIGH ) YOU CAN ALMOST GET A PROPERTY FOR 30 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR.

ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO NETWORK WITH ANYONE IN THE MIAMI AREA THAT IS A DG MEMBER

I was hoping to address this to DGadmin, and wasn't sure how to do this, but I noticed in the early days of this site you took suggestions for things.

We have the REI Clubs/Groups section, why not make a Referral section where we can create groups in specific geographical areas or cities to refer people or ask for references for good power team members? I thought this would be a good idea because the power of referrals is an amazing networking tool in of itself and if we have found a wonderful person to work with and they are helping us, there is no better gift to give them than a referral.

I have just received the books and have started going through them. Are there any DGers out there that live in Northwestern Montana?
