My name is Giovanni Betancourt and I have been around the forums for a few months since I bout Deans books. I just recently join the Succes Academy and im loving it!! I was wondering if there is anyone in the area of Sahuarita or Tucson, Arizona that would mind having me as part of there network team. Hey DG family. So I had an interesting call yesterday from some type of real estate licensing agency here in Utah. A guy called regarding my add I had posted on a utah site. I explained to this man what I do because he talked as if he was a prospective buyer and wanted me to find him a house but as I explained to him that Im not a real estate agent and that I use an agreement called a "finders fee agreement" which I am told is perfectly legal and "assignment of contract" (also legal in utah) he suddenly says "Im an online investigator and Im calling to let you know that what your doing is illegal!" Well I kept trying elaborate a little more on what I do...

Hello DG Family, I just ordered Dean's book "Your Town Your Real Estate Profits." I am brand new to this, but I'm eager to learn. I have no money to work with and very bad credit, so I'm looking to start by re-assignments. I will start reading the new book, building my buyers list, and will be attending an REI club soon.
