Anyways Ill get to the point... I'm a young 24yo investor here in Phoenix AZ. Ive been soaking up as much information as possible through Deans books and website... Now Im ready to dig in and take action.

I'm looking to partner up with other local investors in the area in order to tag along on a few deals and learn from your experience & knowledge. I’m not looking for anyone to cut me in on their profits, I just truly want to learn & I figure the best way to do that is by hands on experience.

Just joined this website today. Figured I would write my first post. I am 24, living south of Boston. I have invested in real estate (not at the level of many people in these forums) over the past couple of years and I love it. Never did see myself working in a cubicle.
