(20-25 minutes south of downtown Chicago)

Advertising: what works for you?

I'm a newbie with DG and really excited about the University support we get. The Business Setup and Marketing workbook suggests slogans like: We buy houses fast.....14days for cash, etc. Here in Florida these billboards and ads are everywhere! I'm not concerned about the competition, rather the feedback that I hear from people is that these are perceived as scams. I want to be treated as a professional, not a scam artist. How do I get around this stigma? I'd like to hear from other DG members if they are using these ads and what other forms of advertising works for you?

I am looking in this area, but I have a buyer who is looking for a manufactured home (or regular home, but its probably out of his price range) for rent to own.
