I would loooooooooove to network with investors in the Multnomah and Clackamas counties (namely Portland, Gresham, and Sandy) . I'm ready to take my great leap of faith and I figure it doesn't hurt to meet investors in my area. It will be even better if someone can show me the ropes. Hi everybody. I'm a newbie in the Southeren California area, more specifically in Hollywood and I would really appreciate some help developing a plan of attack from anyone who knows the ins and outs of the so cal market.

Here's my situation: I am a single actor with some background in real estate. In fact at one point back in New York I had a real estate license but only worked as an apartment rental agent.

Also, I have a ton of expierence as a handyman / carpenter so if I can't fix it then.....you'll probably have to pay a real professional... but I'm still pretty good. (So much for my sales pitch.)

Looking for some feedback on members who have used real estate lead generators on the internet, thanks!

Hi, my name is Matthew and I am new to the DG program. I have read through the book Profit From Real Estate Right Now. Currently I am setting up a letters to send out to Real Estate agents, mortgage brokers and other investors. I was wondering if there was another member of the DG programs that lives around the Beaverton/Portland Oregon area that I could possibly get in touch with.
