Baltimore Assignment of Contracts
September 29th, 2010 | posted by vbernar1Hello everyone,
This is my first post and I look forward to many more in the future. My question was, has anyone been doing assignment of contracts in the Baltimore area? Have you had any luck with this technique and have you run into any legality issues by doing so within Maryland?
I am a current resident of Baltimore, and have been learning as much as I can about the area and its real estate market. If you have any tips for the area as well, that would be wonderful! Thanks in advanced for the help!

Any investors near Lawrenceburg or Bright indiana?
September 20th, 2010 | posted by JoeOhI have a lead on a nice house in Bright indiana on Mountain Meadows Drive near State Line road. The distance is too far for me to travel for the time being so I was wondering if an investor in that area would like to have this lead.
The owner just wants to be out of his house and needs 160k. He sounds open to the debt relief plan. He says he is current for the time being and just wants to be done with the house. If anyone here gets the lead and closes on the house, It'll be great if I can get a $300 referral so I can buy more bandit signs.
Let me know if you indiana'ns are interested. Thanx.
