Looking for Partners in Maryland
November 4th, 2010 | posted by vbernar1Hello everyone, I'm a recent student of the Success Academy, and have been going at it for the past month and a half. I'm currently trying to do some wholesale deals (had my first property under contract earlier this week), but have also been looking towards my options in buy and holds and flips. My credit is good, but my debt/income ratio is not which has been a problem of mine when trying to get mortgages for homes I'm interested in. For this reason, I'm looking for any other fellow DGers in the Maryland (particularly Baltimore) area, who may be interested in partnering for a few deals. I look forward to meeting any fellow investors in the area!

help the newbie
November 1st, 2010 | posted by bwoody12003I'm a student in the success academy and learning as fast as I can, however; an opportunity has come up in my area and I'd like to jump on it and get the ball rolling. I'm just not sure what to say and when to say it w/out sticking my foot in my mouth.
Here's the deal...a professional couple in my area seek a camp/cottage or seasonal home lakeside, repairs needed are ok. It needs to be w/in an hour of my home town. no brokers required, paying cash!
I'd like to call them tonight to interveiw/qualify them as buyers and get more info. on specifics,ie..bdrms/bath/sq. ftg/etc...I'm not sure as to what info. I should reveal to them. Should I tell them I have 6 properties I found in the area that I haven't researched yet, just to keep them interested in working w/me.
Washington State?
November 1st, 2010 | posted by SanssuHello Everyone,
I'm looking for someone in, or around Vancouver WA, who may like to mentor me. My husband has lost his job due to company closure. He has been in the drywall patch, and repair business for 30 yr's, which goes hand in hand with RE. I'm desperate to get something going, but paralyzed with fear. I really need some help, someone to hold my hand, and walk me through the process in order to get started. I'm interested bird dogging, wholesaling, and assignments, just some starter type things for now. I don't have to be a millionaire over night, but I do have to keep paying my rent. I'm willing to do some work for you in return. I don't know what kind of work, but we can discuss it. Please PM me. By the way would someone tell me how to use the PM?

October 26th, 2010 | posted by WaltFoxHi Fellow DG'ers,
I was recently contacted by a person in Phoenix who had a property that he wanted to sell as a rehab property. It's a 2 BR 1 Bath in Phoenix, near the VA Hospital and the light rail. The house was bulit in 1948, and it is 979 Sq Ft. It also has a structure behind the house that used to be a photo studio, but may be remodeled as a living area. The other houses on the block are selling in the range of $95,000-$136,000. The are asking $55,000 for both structures. I am willing to be a bird dog to anyone who is interested in this property. If you are interested please E-Mail me at waltfox316@**** to discuss further.
Thanks for your time,
