whats up i live in Colorado springs and I'm just starting after having read the your town your real estate book i have no money and no people who can lend me anything I've been doing a bit of research though and have located a few homes for sale even a for sale by owner house, I've talked to a few real estate agents, a broker and currently seeking approval for a loan what is the next step and how do i proceed with that
