I know this is a long shot but if there are any DG people in miami lets get together and dominate the marketplace here... theres lots and lots of green pasture in miami!...

We could setup a weekly meeting to learn and support each other and pull resources and work different areas and figure out how we could do better together...

I'm new to the Dean Graziosi web forum and was curious if anyone invests in Albuquerque, New Mexico?

Eagerly watched the Edge on DVD and have taken the first steps (got RE agents, listingbook, etc as well as started buyer's list and found hard money lender) but are having trouble finding properties that meet lender criteria.
We would like to do buy-fix-sell as Mike was a general contractor and Jan was a residential designer and we feel comfortable with this approach. Unfortunately our credit is in the toilet and we are living paycheck to paycheck since those industries took a nosedive in our area.
Would love to secure credit partner for a percent of the profits and would also appreciate any good advice on other financing options or where to find properties that fit hard money lender criteria (basically must buy for 50-55% of after repair market value).

Hi everyone! This is my first post! I'm excited because I just got the 30 days to fast cash book in the mail and I'm excited about being a wholesaler! I made an appt. for this Friday to meet with a local attorney to discuss REI but now I'm not certain that I need to do that. Any opinions out there?

Also, I live in College Station, TX (home of Texas A&M University) and we are a growing town! If anyone lives close or would be interested in partnering up just let me know.
