I am from the South Bend, IN area and would like to partner up with someone to help get the ball rolling. I'm also flexible in working with anyone in the surrounding states of Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and also Missouri and Kansas (since I do get out to Kansas City and lived there for four years).

I'm looking to work in a wide area, only if I have partners working in those areas. Otherwise, I will only work in a general area of about 150 miles from my location.

I'm looking for anyone just getting started, as I have, or anyone ahead of where I'm at in this journey to financial freedom. You must have motivation and determination to make this work, and is what I expect from a partner.

I've submitted offers on local props,but no responses.Yet,I have a burning desire to "get" that first deal.I'm taking the bus/trolley because I'm in the process of fixing my motorcycle.Also,unemployed and beni's just ran out.I have to get a deal in the next month,so I can pull myself up from this financial nosedive!!

It would be very cool to talk with other SD DGers who might be able to help!

I know things will improve,but Dean's weekly blog suggests to get help,not to try and do it all yourself.

So,any help or suggestions would be great!

Im just starting out..Purchased the books last year.So awesome.Now i just purchased the RBBP and its awesome so far...I am a carpenter/drywall/painter,everything.Looking for a partner in my area(coleman tx.)near abilene and brownwood.I can fix anything...Also im about to find an agent in my town.I have one in mind but i need to know exactly what to say and ask her so i dont feel stupid and embarrassed...Can someone tell me step by step what to say from the time she answers the phone until i hang up..This is whats holding me up...i dont want to screw it up...i am planning on putting up bandit signs this weekend..i live in a town of 5500 and theres only i think 2 agencies...Thanks to all and to your success.
