How bad do you want this?

I often hear from many studnets that they want success so bad in real estate. They need to make it happen and are willing to do whatever it takes. Where does your desire fall in relationship to your current real estate efforts?

Does your DESIRE match your EFFORT and ACTION?

How bad do you want this? Just this past week, I was in Las Vegas and I was working with a great group of students. We were out looking at some houses on a sunny and HOT Las Vegas day. No, it was not a gamble looking for a great deal, we did some home work along the way to navigate those bad deal waters to sift, sort and screen our way through listing after listing.

Get Support Button

Does anyone know where the "Get Support Button" is? It is supposed to be at the top of the page, but I don't see it anywhere.

I am trying to delete duplicate comments that were mistakenly posted under the wrong topic in my Investing Group. I found a way to delete an entire group post, but can't see a way to delete a duplicate comment.

Thanks

Wholesale Real Estate Training

Hi,

I'm new to this forum, I got an advert from Dean about the training available with his student Matt Larson. I don't know Matt and when something sounds to good to be true I generally am a septic.

I own a home so I know what is involved in buying and maintaining real estate, one of the reasons I was never attracted to it as a business, although it does present some interesting opportunities for those who know the ins and outs of the business.

How to use the 25:1 with REOs...

I'm new to Real Estate Investing and have no money to spend and need to deal with Wholesaling properties.

I've spent over $11K on education and have read Dean's book "30 days to Real Estate Cash" and watched the videos on the 25-1 filter system to use with RE Agents. I now have a handfull of cash buyers and I have an investor friendly RE Agent. I'm trying the 25-1 method that Dean and Matt Larson says to use.

I live in Jacksonville, FL (one of the largest cities in the US) and using this 25:1 system, my "investor friendly" agent was only able to track down 4 listings in the MLS that fit the criteria out of 6 zip codes. In addition, they are all REOs and Auctions.

need your help

I have been trying to get into real estate for years. Bought two properties in 2004 in CT, and it has been a nightmare since day one (bad area, a lot of evictions and repairs) I have lost a lot of money in the 6 units property. I want to move on now, but need advice and guidance on where to buy.
I work full time in NYC (commute 4 hours every day to work), my baby will be 3 in September 2014 and was diagnosed with autism last year. He needs my help, but I do not have much free time to be with him, and I need to change that now.

Two great apps

With MagicPlan you can use your smartphone or tablet's camera to quickly create an accurate floor plan of your properties, just by taking a picture of each rooms corners.
