As I travel and meet people all across the USA, I am often asked what is the secret to being successful with this REI investing thing? Many DG students have told me how hard they are willing to work or how bad they want this. I remember a few months back I was a speaker at a large group of about 300 students in LA.

I could see the excitement in their eyes. I could feel the enregy and passion for REI in the room. I took the time and spoke with so many people that evening and almost all students asked the same question about how to get that first deal done or how to become successful in real estate.

Well, everyone here is the secret you need to follow. It is not magical or mystical, anyone can do this. You do not need the powers of the man of steel!

As you know, in addition to being obsessed with helping people create their best life ever and change their future for generations with real estate, Dean has a few additional passions. One of the MOST important is being the best darn father he can be. My name is Vincent and I have been desiring to be a real estate investor since 2008 when I joined this community. I purchased Deans book Profit from Real Estate Right Now and Be A Real Estate Millionaire and I was fired up and ready to move. I had also just completely gave my Life to Christ and was newly transformed so you couldn't tell me nothing...LOL...So, I began searching the net looking for more and more info, looking at other gurus, buying other ebooks, and more and more products...I was eager, impatient,ANXIOUS and moved too quick And can you guess what happened...... INFORMATION OVERLOAD, CONFUSION, WASTED TIME AND MONEY....

Why is it, when I click to go to DG site, the past couple weeks, it opens to posts from March even some from last year.
Then I go back and click on home and it brings up Deans weekly/current video. Why doesn't it to right to that like it used to.
Also, I think it was last week, I posted a comment on his video, and have done this before, but this time it didn't show up anywhere.
But I posted things on the forums and it was fine.
Will try to post today on his video, but why is it not going straight to his video, like it used to.
Another problem.
It was okay yesterday and today, but many times it tells me to login again. And I never had to do that before. I just clicked on his website in my search, and it was always right there.
Is it just me, my computer, or what?

I have wholesaled the same deal 7 times now. Buyers keep falling away.

Im stuck in the middle of one of the wealthiest counties in the country and one that has a lot of fixer uppers.
I'm locking the fixer uppers up and posting my ads and signs in the wealthy county. WOW the response Im getting is crazy. Sold one property Saturday and got my non-refundable deposit on the second one tonight. I never thought I would have to remove my own bandit signs but the phone wont stop ringing. If the second one closes the two together will be $ 19 k profit.
