how to get buyers from homegain dot com

Hello, Everyone

ok i was going through my inbox in my yahoo account
and got a email from homegain.com.

The email was on recent home sales in zipcode 44102
it is a list of recent home sales for this month so far it is the 15 april ,but on the email it has the property address'
Price, Beds, Baths Sq. Feet ,Year Built, Sale Date.

I had a email like this sent to me before
but for some reason the idea just came to me

this is people that just bought houses
so maybe they want some more

so what i will do is look up the owners info
on the auditor website get the name

and then skip trace to get numbers and call to see if they are buying

so i just wanted to put this out there

i dont remember how to sign up for that info

I had made a post before telling how to track your ads online for free but i didn't put in how to do it step by step so here it is and how to put squeeze pages in them this will get you alot of buyers on your list get their info phone numbers etc

i advise once you have the email address you can start to do your email markerting you can use constant contact they give you a free 60 day trial period
all you need is a email address

go to craiglist first log in
and make ad for buyers but dont post it just yet

now go sign in to craiglist ad tracker http://craigslistadtracker.com

click on tracker

make name for tracker where it says tracker title

click on box where it says tracker image click on invisible

I'm brand new to DG.com I've set up and tweaked my free DG website to be my automatic, 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, sifter and sorter of potential buyers and sellers. Just starting out and need some help.....

I've read 2 of Dean's books: "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" and I'm about a third of the way through his newest book: "Your Town Your Real Estate Profits". In all of his books he emphasizes the importance of building Buyers and Sellers lists.... In my opinion from the material I've read, the Buyer's List is the most important to get first and I'm trying to build that list; however, I'm not having much luck... I have very little money left over every month and very little to invest in to belonging to an investor groups so where and how can I begin to build this list???

Out of State Assignment Deals

i have already gotten 10 buyers

but what you do is go to http://www.trulia.com/

sign up its FREE!!!!

(also just a side note sign up to recieve info on new posts because everytime someone puts up something new you will get a email and you can reply and send that person to your website etc...)

click on advice
a drop down will come up
then click on trulia voices home
type in buy a house in the first box
and in the second one put your zipcode in
and then hit enter

and all the people that are looking for houses
will pop up and other post as well

but what you want to do is click on one and try to answer there question if you can
