ok i was going through my inbox in my yahoo account
and got a email from homegain.com.
The email was on recent home sales in zipcode 44102
it is a list of recent home sales for this month so far it is the 15 april ,but on the email it has the property address'
Price, Beds, Baths Sq. Feet ,Year Built, Sale Date.
I had a email like this sent to me before
but for some reason the idea just came to me
this is people that just bought houses
so maybe they want some more
so what i will do is look up the owners info
on the auditor website get the name
and then skip trace to get numbers and call to see if they are buying
so i just wanted to put this out there
i dont remember how to sign up for that info
it has been quit sometime since i had first went to homegain but i guess just sign up and search the site to where you can get that info sent to you via email
p.s i just made 3 offers today over the phone
i had one lady hang up on me (sweet old lady) lmao
a guy call me crazy telling me that he paid 200,000 for his house then hang up on me
another guy that said no until i asked him why
talked with him for another 10 mins explaining how i buy houses so he will think it over and told me to call back mon or tuesday
just got off the phone with a person from larry goins office
talked with with another guy from the office of dc fawcett
got 7 new people on my buyers list today
and just to think it's only one o clock

it was so funny because the lady is in her 70's
and when i hit her with the famous question
you know how much do you think you can take if i paid you cash and close quick
she said 30k but i could offer her 1 dollar
and she just wants to sell
but when i made her my offer she hung the phone up on me
so what i will do is follow up with her in 30 days to see where she is at
and if she says no again i will contact her in 60 days and 90 days
until we can agree or she tells me to stop calling (lol)
the other guy was just rude saying that he paid over 200k
no problem anytime
