I planted the 24 bandit signs as instructed by Dean and Tina Hague from the Livecast and I had over 100 buyers call me over a 3 night 4 day bandit sign marketing canpaign. It was amazing. They were still calling even after I took them down Monday night!
I'm still going through all the numbers, but I have made 53 contacts to date all the way from serious multiple buyers, to Tenant buyers, single SFR buyers, and even a few sellers.
I also went to my local Investers Club meeting and got about 7-10 buyers there. AMAZING. This truth helps me more and more beilieve in all the steps we need to take to do this over and over.
I have about 8 or nine other techniques that I am sure will work that I have been saving as bookmarks or other sources, but this one seemed very actionable. I got this particular technique from the 2012 LiveCast with Dean as he was interviewing Tina Hague from Las Vegas where it is much more competitive. The 2012 LiveCast is at:

and it's the video with Tina Hague (watch them all tho) and be prepared to take notes, you won't regret it.
I just did what they said to do and went out on Friday night after dark and placed my bandit signs at high volume stopped light traffic areas and merge exits off highways. I picked them up after Monday night dark (yes during Monday Night Football) as I wanted to catch at least one day of weekday traffic from 8am-10am and 4pm-6pm which is the heaviest traffic. I was able to retrieve 18 of my 24 signs (one came out sloppy). I picked them up after 3 nights and four days since it will give me more credibility if I want to use them again opposed to people seeing the same sign week after week and it's sloppy I think. No public officials called me and my phone rang nonstop even after I picked them up. All told I had 124 calls and still have at least 3 pages to call and 30 voice mails. Mind you I still have 7-9 other techniques that I am sure will wotk, but so far this is more than enough to get started.

Hey, Louis! Thank you so much for the revised version of the posting! I got a new batch of blank yellow signs/sticks, etc, so I will watch the video before working on them.
