To find a local meeting like this, simply use a website like www.creonline.com or call local real estate professionals and ask if they are members of an investment club in the area. If so, be sure to get the meeting date and time so you can plan to attend.

Hello, I'm trying to find some good places to look for investors that can do multi-million dollar deals. Its for a vacation rental house that is oceanfront on the beaches of NC. It's in the mid two million range but worth in the three million dollar range. And it does over $200,000 a year in rentals. My problem is that most of the investor around me are having a hard time coming up with the funds for something that big. So I'm wondering were would be some good places to look for investors that can do deals this big. And this would be a sit and hold property.

Thought some of you might like this idea. Another wholesaler and us will be putting pictures of eachother's properties on eachother's websites. Maybe some of you are already doing this but it seemed like such a cool idea I wanted to share it.

I've contacted 2 rehab cash investors (who flip properties) from our buyers list this morning to let them know that we will be happy to post photos of their properties on our website for them. They loved it! One of them wants to meet with us tomorrow

ok i want this forum to help me as well as other.
so heres my problem...i keep running into investors i have a huge buyers list and no property to lock up...

i did everything i supose to do i posted ad on craigslist and sites a like

made flyers to hang up and to pass out

got business cards made and handed them out

website built and and publish and it just got
published on google search engine

im telling everyone i possible can that im an investor and i buy property

i just made a youtube page its till undercontruction
